When is my subscription box dispatched?
We aim to have your subscription box dispatched within 24 hours.
How much are the shipping costs?
When you join our monthly tea club, we offer Free standard UK Delivery on all of our subscription tea boxes.
There are no hidden delivery charges or extra fees.
Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
For customers outside of the UK, we also ship our subscription boxes worldwide for a simple flat rate of £3.50.
Our most popular destinations are Europe, USA & Canada.
For international orders, deliveries are expected to take between 5-7 working days.
What is inside my tea subscription box?
You will find four different tea blends inside your subscription box.
We also include four empty loose tea bags to help you on your way with your loose teas.
Although these can be re-infused, we recommend using a tea infuser for a more enjoyable experience.
We include a contact card and an information flyer which will mention monthly happenings at True Tea Club HQ.
What teas will I receive?
We have 9 types of tea available:

Do I need a tea infuser for my subscription box?
Although we supply you with four tea bags with your subscription, we recommend investing in an infuser for a more enjoyable experience. Tea infusers allow the tea to expand more generously resulting in a better tasting cup. You can read more about infusers and accessories on our loose leaf tea blog.
How much loose leaf tea will I get?
We offer 3 different subscription plans which each offer various amounts of tea. But there are four different flavours in every subscription box. our Standard Tea Subscription provides 20 grams per tea blend (80 Grams all together), Premium Tea Subscription offers 25 grams per tea blends (100 Grams all together) and our Deluxe Tea Subscription offers 30 grams per tea blend (120 Grams). Remember you can also re-infuse your loose tea due to its strength so you essentially get more than the standard one brew.
When do I get billed?
Once your pay for your subscription, you are automatically billed.
All future recurring payments are taken on the same day of the month from when your first order was placed. Our website operates on WordPress and we use Stripe payment systems to receive all of our orders.
Our website has an encrypted SSL certificate which means all of your details are secure when they go through our website.
To know that a website has a secure SSL certificate, the address in the search bar will start with “https” instead of “http” (the s stands for secure).
No card information is ever passed onto us.
You can be safe to know nothing you pass on to us or Stripe payments can be used or examined.
Do I need to be home when my tea subscription arrives?
Our subscription boxes fit right through the letterbox so you won’t need to be home when your tea box arrives. The tea box is sent as a standard large letter so you won’t need to sign for anything either.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
If you decide that you no longer wish to receive your loose tea box or you need a break, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating whether you would like to pause or cancel your subscription.
Is there an option for a vegan subscription box?
Just like the standard, premium and deluxe subscription options we offer. There is the exact same for vegan subscription boxes. So if you want 40, 60 or 80 cups of vegan tea then you have come to the right place! Aside from this, all of our loose leaf tea is vegetarian friendly. We also provide the option for organic and decaffeinated tea subscription boxes.
What if I have certain allergies?
You can email us at email@example.com to let us know if you have any allergies. This way we can tailor you tea box accordingly.
However, most of our loose leaf teas do not contain nuts, coconuts, dairy and other known ingredients which can cause people to be subject to allergic reactions. For extra reassurance, all of the loose tea we send has the ingredients listed on the labels.
The labels are found on the front of the tea packets.

Can I purchase tea from the subscription box separately?
We often find that customers love the tea that is included in their subscription packages. To make sure we satisfy all of our customers, we have opened a tea shop on our website. So you can buy all of the tea included in your subscription tea box.
The tea available on our website comes in either 50g or 100g pouches.
If you spend over £10 you are also eligible for Free delivery if you are based in the United Kingdom. International shipping is £3.75. But if you spend over £30 you will be eligible for free International Delivery.
